In the twilight hours of December 24, 2023, the vibrant streets of Vung Tau City witnessed the grand inauguration of the “Global Gastronomy Fair” at Flagpole Park, Thuy Van Street. This event, a brainchild of the Vung Tau City People’s Committee and collaborating entities, was themed “Culinary Shores – Vung Tau 2023.” It signified a pivotal chapter in the city’s journey of tourism and gastronomic interchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spanning from the 24th to the 31st of December, this festival showcased a plethora of around 100 food stalls, offering an unforgettable gastronomic journey to both tourists and locals amidst a lively year-end celebratory vibe. The festival garnered robust support from prominent organizations and sponsors including Pepsi and Trung Nguyen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants had the chance to indulge in exquisite gastronomic delights and engage in unique festival-centric activities. Highlights included the “Gourmet Mastery” cooking sessions, an enormous Christmas present installation, and two evenings filled with performances by renowned musicians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The inaugural night was a spectacle of festive joy, featuring a captivating “Santa Flashmob” by Santa Claus himself, alongside unexpected presents and a delectable Christmas banquet crafted by celebrated chefs. The menu boasted luxurious items such as vanilla-infused lobster, African-inspired chicken curry, Mexican beef corn cakes, Australian tenderloin steeped in red wine sauce, and Japanese-style cream puffs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attracting an estimated crowd of 50,000, with innovative culinary showcases and daily distinctive entertainment, “Culinary Shores – Vung Tau 2023” is set to etch unforgettable memories in the hearts of visitors and locals alike in this seaside gem of Vietnam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Culinary Shores,” a gastronomic extravaganza, invites both Vung Tau’s residents and visitors to immerse in year-end festivities brimming with unique cultural escapades.
